How MFA Works?
MFA is an optional but highly recommended feature in both Meshed Higher-Ed and Meshed RTOManager systems. It can be enabled and configured by system administrators (SAdmin users).
- Upon login, users receive a one-time password (OTP) via email.
- OTPs expire after use and can be regenerated if necessary.
- MFA can be applied systemwide or customised by user role — Staff, Students, Teachers, or Agents.
